Thanks to BAFA®-laid scrims your hair does not stand on end. In this respect antistatic scrims are directly laminated on non-wovens. On the one hand a conductive yarn which contains a certain percentage of stainless steel fibres reinforces the non-woven, on the other hand this yarn passes off the electrostatic voltage/shielding. By the way: Due to the stabilizing function of the scrims textiles can be perfectly pleated. Even under water BAFA®-laid scrims cut a fine figure: as an intermediate layer in cable wrapping for deepsea cables.
